The purpose of the meeting is to begin the assigned topics of coal valuation and taxation, helium valuation and taxation update, excise tax issues including tobacco tax and vendor collection fees.  A tentative agenda is enclosed and available on the legislative website at http://legisweb.state.wy.us.
