Cheyenne Senator Cale Case and Representative Del McOmie, Cochairmen, of the Select Committee on Tribal Relations have announced the Select Committee will meet:

Agenda

 

The meeting on August 27, 2008 will be held jointly with the Joint Education Interim Committee for the purpose of holding a summit on Tribal education issues.  The purpose of the meeting on August 28, 2008 is to hear follow-up discussion concerning water development, Medicaid participation and payment, youth services and programs, the Tribal services study and to receive updates from counties and the Department of Workforce Services.  The Committee also will discuss sponsoring a summit on obtaining right of ways within Tribal lands.
