AN ACT relating to public health and safety; prohibiting smoking in enclosed public places as specified; providing definitions; providing exceptions; granting rulemaking authority; providing penalties; authorizing additional local regulation and authorizing local authorities to allow smoking as specified; and providing for an effective date.
