(ii) Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) for the vehicle, field office support and expenses for the additional position authorized in this act;
(iii) One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for a livestock indemnity and emergency reserve account. Spending from this account would require full approval of the governor and state veterinarian before being used;
(iv) Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) for informational technology services for sixty (60) computers.".
