Page 1-line 2           Delete the line through "plows" insert "authorizing lights of a conspicuous color to be used on snow plows".

Page 2-line 4           Delete "blue, white or amber"; after "lights" insert "of a conspicuous color as specified by rules adopted by the department".

Page 2-line 12          Delete entirely and insert:

"Section 2.  This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.".  COHEE, CHAIRMAN
