Source of Revenue Decrease:
Elimination of brand inspection fees for goats, llamas and alpacas.
Assumptions:
From January 1 to September, inspection numbers were 2,527 head inspected at $.30 per head, equaling $758. This only includes 2/3 of the year. If the year is extrapolated out to include an additional third of the year this would change the totals to 3,361 head at $.30 per head, equaling $1,008 in revenue plus an estimated 300 inspection calls at $7.50 surcharge, equaling $2,250. The total decrease would equal $3,258.
