FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $160,000 from the SCHOOL FOUNDATION PROGRAM ACCOUNT.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

Discussion of Appropriation:

• $150,000 of the above appropriation is for expanded opportunity program grants.
• $10,000 may be expended by the Wyoming Community College Commission for administering the program.
