No significant fiscal or personnel impact at the state level.

This bill will not have a significant impact on the total amount of revenues distributed to local governments based on population. However, this bill would impact the relative proportion of dollars distributed among distribution recipients.

This bill could impact the allocation of liquor licenses to local licensing authorities, since the census population figures used for this allocation would no longer be revised every five years.
