Source of Revenue Increase:

The fees are estimated commercial grazing fees from the revenues of previously private ranch properties at Camp Guernsey newly acquired by the Military Department.

Assumptions:

Monies generated by the lease of lands owned by the military department may be utilized by the military department for the operation and maintenance of such lands.  Excess revenue may be utilized for the department’s general operations.
