The expenditure decrease by the Department of Health is indeterminable.  It is anticipated that this legislation will provide decreases in expenditures at some point in the future; however, the timeframe for any significant decreases would not be for several years.

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does not modify any state agency budget or current personnel authorizations.
