FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $250,000 from the GENERAL FUND.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

This bill requires that after June 30, 2010, each state agency, department or institution, including the University of Wyoming and the community colleges shall estimate the amount required for provision of credits for the next biennium and shall include the estimate in the agency’s biennial budget request.
