FISCAL NOTE

The expenditure increase to the School Foundation Program Account is indeterminable.

Source of Expenditure Increase:

It is unknown how much non-administrative expenditures would increase due to the expansion of the program to include eligibility for an additional endorsement to teach reading or English as a second language.  However, a recent analysis indicates that approximately $400,000 of the 2009-2010 0600 Series appropriation would not be spent under current program guidelines.  This $400,000 would be available for any unfunded expansion of the program.
