The fiscal impact, in the form of additional Hathaway Scholarship expenditures, is indeterminable.

Though not significant on its own, the draft legislation could add to the administrative duties that the Community College Commission has assumed with the Hathaway Scholarship Program – duties for which no funding or additional personnel have been received.
