Increased outlay for military members that would use the programs from institutions not currently approved.
Assumptions:
MOU’s equate to partnership agreements and additional programs will be added to existing MOU’s. All student expenditures will be paid from current appropriation. Use of programs will not divert from UW and community colleges to out of state private schools.
