The fiscal impact, in the form or potential decreased expenditures from the School Foundation Program, is indeterminable.

Source of Expenditure Decrease:

Reorganization of districts may reduce expenditures from the School Foundation Fund in years beyond 2013. Until the plans for reorganization are approved, the savings in costs from the School Foundation Fund is indeterminable.  For those districts that consolidate, the funding for the combined district will remain equal to the prior year’s funding for both districts, for the first two years (2012 and 2013), in accordance with W.S. 21-6-219.
