FISCAL NOTE

This bill provides for the licensure of manufacturers and distributors of supplies for bingo and pull tab games.

Revenue would come from licensing fees charged from these operations and from gaming supply manufacturers. Revenue from these fees is supposed to cover the cost of administration of the program.

NOTICE-AGENCY ESTIMATE OF ADMINISTRATIVE IMPACT REQUESTED

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase (or decrease) duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does not modify any state agency budget or current personnel authorizations.
