FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $15,000,000 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT to the State Loan and Investment Board.

Assumptions:

The only revenue source would be the amount of lease assessed for State Parks property, dependent upon MOU or contract.  Depending on the size and construction plan of the Big Horn basin cultural resources and natural sciences discovery center, incorporation into existing park structure may have indeterminable fiscal impact.
