FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $296,246 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT.

Discussion of Appropriation:

The appropriated funds will be used as follows:

$115,676 will be expended for trail construction and amenities (i.e. foot bridge, picnic tables).

$115,000 will be expended for archeology monitoring and reporting.

$45,000 will be expended for hazard mitigation on Lot 9 – state’s contribution.

$20,570 will be expended for interpretation-signage requirements.
