FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $2,603,500 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT to the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources.  This appropriation is effective immediately.  Of this appropriation,

• $1,500,000 is for capital construction at Fort Fred Steele Historic site;
• $465,000 is for capital construction at the Granger stage station historic site;
• $100,000 is for capital construction at the Piedmont charcoal kilns; and
• $538,500 is for infrastructure, historic site fencing and hoist restoration at the Carissa mine site.

This bill contains an appropriation of $11,510,368 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT to the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

This bill contains an appropriation of $94,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

This bill contains an appropriation of $200,000 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT to the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

This bill contains an appropriation of $298,947 from the GENERAL FUND to the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources.  This appropriation is effective immediately. 

This bill contains and authorization of 4 FULL-TIME positions and 15 SEASONAL positions.
