Source of Expenditure Increase:

Addition of medically necessary foot care services.   

Assumptions:

The above estimates are based on an estimated patient per year cost of $450 times 2,900 clients per year.  Client data is based on diagnosis codes that support medically necessary foot care.  Costs are not inflated forward as appropriate medical treatment should assist in avoiding future costs.  50% General Fund 50% Federal match.
