FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $50,000,000 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT to Water Development Account I.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

This bill contains an appropriation of $50,000,000 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT to Water Development Account II.  This appropriation is effective immediately.
