FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $38,175,730 from the WATER DEVELOPMENT I.

This bill contains an appropriation of $15,169,920 from the WATER DEVELOPMENT II.

This bill amends the reversion dates for 2 projects to July 1, 2009. The amendment of these reversion dates will result in reversions of $1,383,409 to Water Development Account I and $1,086,500 to Water Development Account II on July 1, 2009
