FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $11,222,500 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

This bill contains an appropriation of $5,527,500 from the PERMANENT WYOMING MINERAL TRUST FUND.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

Discussion of appropriation:

The state of Wyoming shall loan to the city of Gillette, Wyoming through the Wyoming Water Development Commission an amount not to exceed $5,527,500 for a term of 30 years at an annual rate of 4%. Repayments of principal on the loan shall be deposited in the Permanent Wyoming Mineral Trust Fund and interest payments shall be deposited into the General Fund.
