FISCAL NOTE

 

 

This bill contains an appropriation of $2,500,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Department of Health.

This bill contains an appropriation of $2,500,000 from the FEDERAL FUNDS to the Department of Health.

 

Discussion of appropriation:

The appropriation shall be expended for the purpose of providing a 6% increase in reimbursement of physicians and dentists under the Wyoming Medical Assistance and Services Act for services performed after June 30, 2009 and on or before June 30, 2010.  The appropriation shall be included in the department’s 2011-2012 standard biennial budget request.
