FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $115,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Department of Health.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

Discussion of appropriation:

The appropriation shall be expended by the department for the purpose of designing and developing a statewide media campaign consisting of radio, television and other media, a statistical study and putting the data into a useable report.
