The fiscal impact is indeterminable.

This bill simply extends the date when the State Treasurer may invest state funds through the purchase of industrial development bonds.  Fiscal impact is indeterminable as purchase of any bonds would depend on the terms of the bonds being purchased and market conditions at the time of purchase.
