The fiscal impact is indeterminable.

The amount to be requested by critical assess hospitals for emergency expenditures is indeterminable.  However, there is no fiscal impact to the matching funds provided by the state other than funds may be able to be disbursed to the hospitals faster than has been the case thus far with this program.
