Summary/Major Elements:

This act extends the availability of national guard and purple heart special license plates to surviving spouses.  The act:

· Allows the surviving spouse of a deceased Wyoming national guard member who is drawing a military survivor annuity to retain the national guard license plate.

· Allows the surviving spouse of a deceased purple heart recipient to retain a purple heart license plate until the license plate is required to be replaced with a new license plate.
