Summary/Major Elements:

· The act expressly allows the business council of the Eastern Shoshone Indian Tribe, the business council of the Northern Arapaho Indian Tribe and the joint business council of the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho Tribes to participate in the community facilities program.

· Participation must be through cooperative agreements between those entities and the Wyoming business council.
