Catch Title:       Liquor licenses-golf clubs.

Subject:       Club limited liquor licenses held by political subdivisions for use at golf courses.

Summary/Major Elements:

· Allows a political subdivision to hold up to two club limited retail liquor licenses for golf courses owned, maintained or operated by the political subdivision, in addition to any other license held by the political subdivision.  (Generally only one club limited license may be held.)

· Permits a political subdivision to subcontract the operations of a golf course or any food or beverage service associated with a golf course without transferring the liquor license to the subcontractor. (Generally a license must be transferred to the subcontractor.)
