· The act exempts holders of certain free or reduced priced licenses provided to residents of advanced age from the requirement to purchase a conservation stamp when hunting or fishing under any license issued by the department.

· The act limits all other current exemptions to the requirement to purchase a conservation stamp to the times when the person is exercising his hunting or fishing privileges under that specific license.
