· The state currently enters into agreements with the business councils of the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho tribes to provide education programs and other education related services for students residing on the Wind River Reservation.

· This bill changes administration of those agreements (including budgeting) from the governor's office to the state superintendent's office.
