Summary/Major Elements:

• Provides for grants under the Wyoming business ready community program that will:

• Improve the development of businesses that provide data generation and information technology storage capabilities;

• Encourage and provide for the expansion of existing businesses providing information technology storage enterprises;

• Provide a reduction of the costs of electrical power or bandwidth or both, to businesses as provided above if the business invests a specific amount of capital, provides for a specific minimum payroll amount, provides discounted data storage services to the political subdivision receiving the grant and the business agrees to repay with a reasonable rate of return any funds received to reduce costs if the business relocates prior to the expiration of five (5)years from the date of first receiving funds.
