Subject:  Amends eligibility requirements under the Wyoming health insurance pool act.

Summary/Major Elements:

· Current law excludes from eligibility under the Wyoming health insurance pool act persons who are eligible for health insurance under an employer sponsored group health plan.

· The act makes those persons eligible if the cost to insure them under the employer sponsored group plan exceeds the applicable pool rate by at least twelve and one-half percent.

· The act limits that eligibility to times when plan enrollment does not exceed ninety-five percent of the plan's maximum enrollment capacity.
