Subject:  Amends membership on the Wyoming State Board of Embalming to allow a designee of the Director of the Department of Health to serve on the Board.

· Under current law, the statute creating the Wyoming Board of Embalming specifies that the director of the Department of Health shall be a member of the Board.

· This bill would allow the director's designee to serve on the Board in the place of the director.
