AN ACT relating to governmental immunity; extending the Wyoming governmental claims act to governmental entities in other states and who operate public transportation programs in Wyoming under specified conditions; expanding intergovernmental cooperation laws to include agreements concerning governmental immunity and public transportation programs; and providing for an effective date.
