AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; providing an additional penalty for violations resulting in accidents with serious bodily injury as specified; providing for a permanent driver's record of convictions for accidents involving serious bodily injury or death; providing for suspension or revocation of licenses for violations resulting in accidents with serious bodily injury or death as specified; and providing for an effective date.
