(x)  To the water development account III, five-tenths of one percent (.5%), to be expended for the purposes specified in W.S. 41-2-124(d), except that the distribution shall be one percent (1%) until water development account III is fully reimbursed for the appropriation made by W.S. 99-3-1405(h)(iv)(A).
