Wyoming national guard who has been trained and qualified in a particular
occupational specialty may perform assigned duties within the member's
occupational specialty while he is serving in the Wyoming national guard in a
state active service status without first being licensed or otherwise
possessing credentials under any Wyoming licensure laws.".
