AN ACT relating to environmental quality; providing
for municipal solid waste landfill lifetime permits; requiring annual reports;
providing definitions; establishing priorities for municipal solid waste
landfill remediation; providing for orphan landfill site remediation; making
conforming amendments; expanding the use of previously appropriated funds for
environmental assessments; and providing for an effective date.
