AN ACT relating to the administration of government
and the 2010 federal health care reform; creating a legislative advisory
committee; providing for the development of cost estimates for the mandatory
coverage expansion of the Medicaid program; requiring a report; providing
report requirements and specifying its expected uses; providing appropriations;
and providing for an effective date.

appointee shall be a member of the senate appropriations committee and one (1)
appointee shall be a member of the senate labor, health and social services
committee;
