A JOINT RESOLUTION proposing to amend the Wyoming Constitution by creating a new section specifying that a marriage between a man and a woman shall be the only domestic legal union that shall be valid or recognized in Wyoming.

Page 2-lines 13 through 15    Delete and insert:  "The adoption of this amendment would affirm that only a marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in Wyoming and that any other relationship shall not be valid or recognized as a marriage or the substantial equivalent thereof by the state or any of its political subdivisions, and the legislature may define the benefits and obligations of marriages.".  MEIER
