FISCAL NOTE

No significant fiscal or personnel impact for the Board of Veterinary Medicine.  Although the proposed legislation would increase salaries for members of the Board of Veterinary Medicine, the overall impact is minimal.  According to staff at the Board of Veterinary Medicine, the increased salaries can be paid within the Board's existing budget.

The fiscal impact to the judicial system is indeterminable due to an unknown number of cases.
