Source of revenue increase:  Phased in ten cent motor fuel license tax increase.  Additional three cents motor fuel license tax increase beginning July 1, 2011 (FY 2012), additional three cents for a total of six cents fuel license tax increase beginning July 1, 2012 (FY 2013),  then an additional four cents for a total of  ten cents fuel license tax increase beginning July 1, 2013 (FY 2014).

 

Assumptions:

Motor fuel license tax estimates are based on the April 2010 Department of Transportation motor fuel revenue estimates. State Parks distributions are based on FY 2010 actual registrations.
