There could be an indeterminable revenue decrease to local county school funds. 

Source of Revenue Decrease: 

The language in the proposed legislation could potentially decrease the number of traffic tickets issued.  Traffic violations are deposited in the county school fund in the county which the violation took place.  This could result in a corresponding expenditure increase from the School Foundation Program Account.  The possible reduction in revenue is indeterminable.
