Source of Revenue Increase:
Owners of feral livestock shall pay the costs of gathering, feeding, veterinary services, transportation and other incidental expenses related to feral livestock incurred by the Livestock Board.
Assumptions:
The Livestock Board's estimates assume there would be 10 cases a year with 5 animals per case. Each case would require 80 man hours. All cases would result in court-ordered restitution.
