This bill contains appropriations of $3,160,000 from WATER DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT I to the Water Development Commission.

This bill contains appropriations of $1,555,000 from WATER DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT III to the Water Development Commission.

This bill is effective immediately, therefore the appropriations contained in this bill are considered effective immediately.
