Source of Expenditure Increase:

This bill adds wild turkey licenses under pioneer licenses and therefore will require the transfer of an estimated $660 to the Wyoming Game and Fish Fund from funds appropriated to the State Auditor for the Free and Reduced Price License Revenue Recoupment Program, to the extent available.

Assumptions:  In 2009 an estimated 60 licenses were sold that would have met the requirements of this bill.
