Description of appropriation:

Up to $715,000 may be expended for the purpose of contractual services required to perform the functions specified. The balance of the appropriation may be expended for up to 2 data technical staff positions as necessary for implementation.

The Department of Education would hire 2 data tech staffers and add to an existing contract for data programming and reporting to implement the requirements of the bill.
