FISCAL NOTE

According to staff at the affected agencies, formulation of viable fiscal impact costs associated with proposed legislative action of this magnitude will necessitate detailed study and assessment of all issues which include but are not limited to information technology, human resources, indirect costs, physical space, etc., in such a proposal.  With concerted in-depth efforts of this nature, which undoubtedly would require lengthy facilitation and coordination, realistic costs are currently indeterminable.

The only potential reduction of expenditures that can be determined at this time is the elimination of duplicate positions, which are as follows: Agency Director, Executive Assistant, and Computer Tech Manager. The amount of this potential reduction in expenditures is indeterminable at this time since it is not known from which agency the positions would be eliminated.
